Silver Lake Forest Reserve is a community of 49 home sites within 330 acres of thriving forest. The people here each have their own reasons for selecting to participate in this community; it can be simply an investment property for personal ownership, or for building a home within your own private tree farm, or as a personal tree farm.

There is a variety of various age forest stands, a recreational network of hiking, biking and multi-use trails, community areas or parks, properties with views and an abundance of wildlife all around. A herd of Roosevelt elk numbering approximately 40 graze the Reserve circulating through.
