Silver Lake Forest Reserve HOA
Silver Lake Forest Reserve is a community of 49 home sites within 330 acres of thriving forest. The people here each have their own reasons for selecting to participate in this community; it can be simply an investment property for personal ownership, or for building a home within your own private tree farm, or as a personal tree farm.
There is a variety of various age forest stands (currently 2008) from 5 to over 20 years, a recreational network of hiking, biking and multi-use trails, community areas or parks, properties with views and an abundance of wildlife all around. A herd of Roosevelt elk numbering approximately 40 graze the Reserve circulating through.
We have protective covenants to protect our forest and the creatures that we share it with. This is an excellent way to create a forest legacy for generations to come by investing in an environment that supports sustainable forestry and conservation for both the land and forest.
